Modifying Employee Schedules

​These instructions will help you adjust the working times an employee is shown as available on your appointment book. The hours that an employee is shown as available on the appointment book is determined by the scheduled hours entered for that employee. Making sure that the employee schedules are accurate is essential if you use Online Booking. If an employee has no schedule entered, your clients will not be able to book appointments with that employee.

Creating an Employee's Schedule

  1. Click the Schedule icon at the top of your software.

  2. Double-click on the square next to the employee and under the date that you would like to modify.

  3. The Modify Schedule dialog box will open.

    • Date Section - Check to make sure the correct date is selected. Choose recurring if the employee works the same schedule on multiple dates.

    • Status Section - Choose if the employee is working or has time scheduled off

    • Working Hours Section - Type in the employee's start and end times. Do not include lunch or break times.

  4. Click OK when finished.

Copying an Existing Schedule to Use For Another Employee

If you have multiple employees working the same schedule, you can quickly copy an existing schedule to multiple employees.

  1. Click the Schedule icon at the top of your software.

  2. Under the General Options on the left click the Copy Schedules button.

  3. The Copy Employee Schedules dialog box will open. From here you can choose the Source employee (the schedule you would like to copy), the start & end date, and the employee you would like to apply the schedule to.
