DaySmart Spa allows you to record and track cash and check drops. A cash drop is an amount of cash removed from the cash drawer and placed in the safe or sent to the bank for deposit. Typically, cash drops are performed to remove excess money from the drawer to be placed in the safe until the balance can be reconciled. There is no limit on the number and cash amount of drops you can take.

Viewing Cash Drop Entries
Your software does not allow you to edit an existing cash drop entry. The Cash Drop Tracking screen will typically be used by the business owner or manager to view, delete, and add cash drop entries. We highly recommended that this screen be password protected.
In the top toolbar, choose the Cash pull-down menu.
Select View Cash Drops.
All cash drop entries will appear in a table.
If you need to narrow the selection you can use the search feature. Use the search box or click the Search By Date button. In the Search By Date dialog box you can filter the data several ways including by choosing present options like: Today, Yesterday, Last Week or All Dates. You can also choose a specific date or a custom range of dates.
